After we agree to work together, we will send you a short survey with 3 or 4 questions. You’ll probably spend 10-20 minutes filling these out.

A few days later, we will show you a first draft for everything. We very much believe in showing work in progress. Assume spending 2-3 hours on this meeting. Getting your feedback right is the part of the process we want to spend the most time on.

Another 2-3 days later, we’ll send you the iterated version in a simple online booklet.

After your second round of feedback, we deliver you the final booklet. The brand and positioning is now yours.
